Shipping Times
Orders generally ship within 24 hours from our distribution centers in California or Illinois. USPS is our preferred shipment partner though we may use UPS or DHL for international shipments.
- We offer FREE 3-5 day shipping for orders over $35 in the United States
- Overnight shipping is available
International Shipping
We love shipping our products overseas. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the items in the order and the country being shipped to. We've shipped to many countries around the world so chances are we can ship to you.
Order Confirmations
Right after you place your order you'll receive an order received message then a full receipt after your order has been accepted. You can opt to receive order updates via email or SMS.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number to either your email or SMS based on your selection. You can track your order at the USPS or at our tracking page.
WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
We are not responsible for any issues with shipping if a wrong address is entered and the product is returned. You will need to pay for shipping again if a wrong address is used.
